Contemporary Worship

The message today is about not complicating or compromising the gospel.
As God’s church we should communicate His love and saving grace in a way that is welcoming and accessible to all. We need His help in building His Kingdom and reaching out to the world. There’s a line in the second song For the One: “ Help me to love with open arms like you do, a love that erases all the lines and sees the truth”. We need to make sure we are not creating barriers to God’s love and truth. If we truly live for Jesus and Jesus alone, putting Him at the centre and building our lives on His love, then others around us will see that. We need to remind ourselves of what we believe and what is important and communicate that truth to others. I hope that these songs help you to reflect on this as you listen or sing along.
