Girls Brigade is currently on break during the COVID-19 Outbreak. Whilst you wait, check out Kids Church Online by clicking on any of our service pages. Previous Kids Church Online Sessions can also be accessed here. We also have a CBC Facebook page and you can contact the church office for more information about children’s and family ministries.

The Girls’ Brigade is a worldwide Christian organisation of girls and women that was established in Ireland over 100 years ago. It has since spread to over 50 countries and is still growing.

Companies meet each week and girls regularly take part in crafts, games, cooking, camps, Jamberoo, bowling, putt putt and other outings. They are also challenged through discovering more about God, serving the community and learning leadership and life skills.  At all times the girls are in the care of trained and competent leaders in a safe environment.

Girls Brigade is non-denominational and provides programs for girls ages from 5 – 18 yrs, age appropriate.

The aim of The Girls’ Brigade is: “to help girls become followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, and through self-control, reverence and a sense of responsibility find true enrichment of life.”

The pioneer Pin is the highest award a girl can achieve in Brigade but we also particiate in the “Queens Award” and “Duke of Edinburgh”.

Our company is the 105th Girls’ Brigade Company and we meet at the Baptist Church, Corner Pennant Hills Rd & Alamein Ave, Carlingford on a Monday evening from 7pm.
