Rev David Choi was born in South Korea and came to Australia in 2013.
He is married to Abigail and has three children Angela, Alex and Amy.
He trained at the Korean Baptist University and Seminary and has been serving in Pastoral Ministry since 2008.
David is passionate to be part of a Multicultural Church and has a vision for those who have been burnt out and for the next generation. He enjoys reading, cooking, fishing and bowling.
Emma has been attending Carlingford Baptist Church since 2003 and has been involved in the children's ministry for many years. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and worked as a teacher at various early learning centres. Emma is passionate about children's faith formation and finding creative ways to engage in disciple-making within the family and church community.
In her spare time Emma enjoys bushwalking, origami and curling up with a good book or playing computer and card games with her husband, Peter.
Kevin commenced at Carlingford at the end of 2023 after a 10 year ministry at Macquarie Baptist Church. Kevin is enthusiastic and passionate about ministry and actively supporting and encouraging the Mandarin community and the wider church ministry in their journey of faith. He is encouraged and supported by his life Liya and 2 daughters.
